Father, first I come to You to thank You for the opportunity to play a significant role in the life of each one of my students.

Father, help me to remember that students matter.

Help me to remember that involvement in their lives is more than lesson plans, grading and my teaching performance. Help me to remember that each student has feelings, dreams, goals and concerns and that this is a privilege to be a part of their lives.

Father, Please use me to be a “positive event” in my student’s life today.

What a privilege it is to be a teacher in the life of my students, thank you.
