PRAYERS BY MEN

A Journey Through Life… Together

An Immigrant

Dear Ahayah (God),

I come humbly and patiently with a tremendous faith I grew up having in you because you’ve never let me, my family and friends down. I pray for my country Ghana and Africa.

Mathew 22:14 says, “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Looking back at where I came from I grew up with people from many walks of life. We were many but among the many you chose the few and among the few you chose me as an advocate, representative, an ambassador to the greatest country in the world (United State of America) to be the father of the greatest ministry you put before me. The Journey has not been an easy road but you have not ceased to protect me, guard me, guide me, and bless me with all the provisions I needed and I shall need in the future.

Over ten years of experience of being here in the United States, each day I wake up and it feels like my first time in this great country. My eyes cannot believe and comprehend all the joy and love I receive from the wonderful people you bring my way. You chose me to receive such blessings.

Each time I get on my knees to pray, you speak to me in the realms of the spirit assuring me that my coming and living here is not just a coincidence but a purpose to fulfill and glorify the kingdom of Heaven now and after I’m no longer alive. There are many who deserve this opportunity and could have run your ministry better than me but you still chose me to be among the few.

Many American, Africans, Asians, Europeans are jobless, homeless, hopeless, stress, sick, spiritually and physically dead and yet you have blessed me so much that my cup overflows and I don’t experience these struggles. I still don’t get it, because I know deep down my heart that I don’t deserve your love because I’ve not been a good steward, I’ve not been an obedient servant and I’ve not been as faithful and committed to you and the work you gave me on a daily basis the way that I’m supposed to and yet I don’t encounter the challenges many go through every day of their lives. Again, many are called, but you chose me again to be among the few.

The traveling favor you brought into my life has given me the opportunity to rub shoulders with highly respected people I would have otherwise not been able to meet. I fell seven times and you helped me stand back up seven times.

God, through this great country and your ministry, I’ve managed to put up projects back home in Africa which are contributing greatly to improve conditions. My predecessors weren’t able to accomplish this and I’m always and forever grateful that I was, because you chose me.

Today, I’m honored to come before you as a living testimony to share these prayer with the world and I strongly believe through your son Yeshua that anyone who reads this prayer shall be encouraged, hopeful, healed, favored, spiritually risen, physical alive and strong, financially blessed, flourish in business, secure a job they’ve applied for and even more. May this person reading this be accepted where many are being rejected. May this person be a chosen one among the many you chose like you chose me. Anything that concerns them should be released. Every spirit holding their destiny, every stagnation holding their destiny, every demon, power, authority, and force holding their destiny, may it be destroyed and cast out in the mighty name of Yeshua ( Jesus). Please use me as a point of contact to open traveling favor for them, like you did for me.

Ahayah (God) you have legally blessed me here in the US when many are illegal and struggling. Some are being taken advantage of everyday of their lives. I pray that you rain your miracle on them and surprise them with legal documents from an unexpected avenue through Angelic visitation. Many are frustrated and stressful, but you chose me to be stress free and I pray you end the stress and frustration in the lives of those who come across this prayer.

I pray for every American who has so much, but take it for granted because they know not what they have. Open their eyes to see how much you’ve blessed them. The bible says in the book of Hosea 4:6 Lack of wisdom cause many people to perish. So, today I ask for wisdom for the people of this great nation. Open their eyes and heart to see and receive the chosen opportunities you have kept for them for so long, because they were and are not ready for it.

The journey continues and I believe you have more planned for me along the way in the United States of America and around the world. Thank you God and may you continue to bless America in the mighty name of Yeshua ( Jesus) Amen!

This prayer is written by an immigrant to the United States from Ghana, Africa. He expresses both his gratitude and mission in being in the U.S.
